Chapter 01

Coaches first.

Foodie Coaches has spent years in the back-of-house of cafés, restaurants and bars across Australia. We coach operators on menu economics, labour ratios, prime cost, rosters, and the margin levers most owners never learn until it’s too late.

And the same conversation kept coming up.

Chapter 02

“My accountant doesn’t get hospo.”

Most accountants lodge a return once a year and never get near the industry. They don’t see how a Friday function changes a quarter. They don’t see how supplier credit works in produce. They don’t see why staff-meal FBT positions actually matter.

Café, restaurant, bar and takeaway owners needed numbers people who live in hospitality every single week — not strangers who only show up at year-end.
